Newsworthy is our weekly news update. Instead of killing your inboxes with re-hashed press releases or junk you don’t need, we’ll pull out a few interesting products, stories and other things we stumbled across from the week, write our thoughts on them and let you read the info for yourself.
Adventure bikes often suffer from the notion that they really aren’t great at gnarly off-road riding. At Brake, we challenge that notion. They’re the perfect bikes. They do everything well and it’s to that end that we introduce a crazy video from an awesome spaniard. The R 1200 GS is capable, the scenery is amazing, the riding even more so. Watch the video, you’ll love it.
British company Rally Raid products have got a history of taking bikes and building cool products to make them fit for the purpose they want. They’ve done it with 690 KTM’s aplenty and produced some impressive things. The newest project in their line-up is a snazzy looking Honda CB 500X Adv conversion kit. We think it looks cool as hell, especially for the smaller, less confident rider. The pictures have got us excited, so take a look at www.cb500xadventure.com
